A user who is looking to avail a discount on a credit/debit card (or a mobile wallet) and creates a request on the app for the card. For example: You found an offer on HDFC credit card and you would like to avail the offer but you do not own an HDFC credit card. You can come to the Circles app and search for HDFC credit card and create a request, making you a “Requestor”.

Who is a “Requestor”?

While creating a profile on Circles, users are prompted to add the cards they own. Once you share the cards/wallets you own, you become the Cardholder for those cards. For example: If you own an HDFC credit card and add HDFC Credit Card to the list of cards you own while creating your profile on the app, you become a Cardholder.

Who is a “Cardholder”?

After downloading the app, create an account. Once you have signed up, go to Search for a Card option and search for the card/wallet you’re looking for. You should momentarily be informed about the number of Cardholders in our database who carry that card/wallet.

How can I find a credit/debit card or wallet on which I want to avail offer?

We support almost all credit/debit cards and wallets in India. If you are not able to find the one you need, please write to us at support@circlesway.com. We make sure to respond to all emails we get from customers.

Which credit/debit cards and wallets do you support ?

We are extremely sorry about that. It means that we do not have a Cardholder in our network. Please, check back again a little later. We are trying our best to grow the network. You can help us by inviting your friends!

I couldn’t find any Cardholder for the particular credit/debit card or wallet, I was looking for.

Yes, you can! Just search for cards and request transactions as you need.

Can I register and use Circles to avail discounts even if I do not own any credit/debit card or wallet?

Nope. When you create your account on Circles and add your cards, you automatically become a Cardholder. Whenever we get a request for the cards or wallets you own, you will receive a notification.

Do I have to register separately to become a Cardholder, so others can use my credit/debit cards or wallets?

Yes, you can cancel till the time no Cardholder has accepted your request. Please, go to ‘Requests Sent’ tab, click on the request and press ‘Cancel’.

Can I cancel my transaction request?

We recommend that you share temporary login password with Cardholder for purchase and you can always change it after the purchase. This way you retain control over your purchase, cancellations, refund or tracking of delivery etc.

If the company permits refund of your purchase then share a screenshot which mentions refund amount after cancellation and we will transfer the money as soon as it is credited in the Cardholder’s bank account. Email the refund screenshot to support@circlesway.com

I had made a request through Circles that was fulfilled. I’m not happy with my purchase and I would like to cancel it/ask for a refund from the website it was purchased. How do I do this?

You cannot cancel it from your side but you can always request the Cardholder in the chat window to not make the payment for purchase and we will refund the full amount paid to Circles immediately as long as Cardholder hasn’t made the payment. Just email us at support@circlesway.com

Can I cancel my transaction after Cardholder has processed my request?

No. Other than the name of the card, Circles doesn’t ask for any other card details. There is no security risk associated with Circles transactions.

Are my card details shared with anyone?

Generally, this happens when the Cardholder finds a mismatch in transaction and discount amount you have entered during transaction request vs the actual transaction and discount amount displayed on the purchase website or app.

Why did the Cardholder reject my request?

In most cases a Cardholder accepts a request within 5 mins. We are constantly working hard to improve the response time but it depends on the Cardholder’s response time.

How long does it take to complete a transaction, after I have submitted my request?

We personally look into transactions that have been in progress for more than 30 minutes. If you see that your request hasn’t made progress, please call us on 8884443930 or drop us an email at support@circlesway.com. We will get back to you at the earliest possible.

My request has been in progress for a long time. What should I do?

There is no limit but in case the Cardholder doesn’t have enough credit limit in his/her card or money in wallet then he/she will have to reject your request and we will return your money.

What is the min. or max. amount for a request?

Our algorithm is constantly updated to ensure that your request has the maximum chance of being fulfilled. We pick the people best suited to fulfill your request.

How many Cardholders are notified about my request?

Yes, we support cashback based offers.

What about transactions with cashbacks?

Cashbacks can sometimes take 30 to 60 days to credit into your account. If you have waited for that long and still haven’t received the cashback then please email your account statement for 90 days including the month in which transaction was done to support@circlesway.com and we will reimburse you.

I am an Cardholder and I completed a transaction with cashback but I haven’t gotten the cashback yet.

As per the Indian government mandate, we charge 18% GST which amounts to 3.6% of your discount amount. So, you end up saving 76.4% of discounts which otherwise was a 100% loss.

How much GST is charged?

As long as your aggregate turnover through Circles and otherwise on providing services of any kind to others is less than Rs. 20 lacs, you do not have to worry about GST filing. You will just do the usual income tax filing.

What are the tax implications for Cardholder?

A Cardholder gets request for a transaction only after the Requestor has made payment to Circles. We hold the money in an escrow account and when the Requestor confirms that purchase is done then money is released to the Cardholder’s account through UPI ID.

How is Cardholder assured that he will get money for fulfilling the transaction request?

Our algorithm ensures that all Cardholders get equal opportunity to earn money through the platform but Cardholders have to ensure that they respond to requests as quickly as possible and complete the transaction too as fast as possible.

How does Circles ensure that all Cardholders get equal opportunity to earn money?

Head over to the ‘Requests Sent’ tab. Once a Cardholder accepts your request, you will receive a notification that your request is in progress and you can initiate a chat with the Cardholder in the App. You can also go to ‘Requests Sent’, click on the request in question and click on ‘Chat’ to start a conversation with the Cardholder.

How do I find current status of my request?

The Cardholder will confirm that your purchase is done from his/her side and you will be requested to approve and confirm that purchase is done. Only then does Circles release money held in the escrow account to the Cardholder.

How will I receive confirmation that my purchase is done?

We have provided an option to Start a Chat with the Cardholder once the latter starts fulfilling your request to mitigate any chances of a mistake. You can also head over to ‘Requests Sent’, click on the request in question and click on ‘Chat’ to start a conversation with the Cardholder to make sure you ask for verification before purchase is complete.

What if there is a mistake in my order?

As a Cardholder, we request that you always share a screenshot of the final purchase/order page in ‘Chat’ and get it verified from the Requestor before making the payment.

I made a purchase for a Requestor but he/she says there is a mistake.
